At Skin Chic Care, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping information before placing an order.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location and shipping carrier.

 

United States & Canada

Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days

 

Europe

Estimated delivery time: 8–14 business days

 

Australia & New Zealand

Estimated delivery time: 8–14 business days

 

Rest of the World

Estimated delivery time: 10–18 business days


Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may occasionally take longer due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • customs inspections
  • carrier delays
  • weather conditions
  • holiday periods
  • high shipping volume

In rare circumstances, delivery may take up to 20 business days.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 1–5 business days to appear in the carrier’s system.

Please note that tracking updates depend on the carrier and may occasionally experience delays.

 

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery and product availability.

As a result, you may receive multiple packages that arrive on different days.

 

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees determined by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Skin Chic Care™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require an additional reshipping fee.

 

Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with reliable logistics partners, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

These may include:

  • carrier delays
  • customs inspections
  • weather disruptions
  • international logistics conditions

A package is considered lost in transit only after 30 business days from the shipment date.

If your order has not arrived after this period, please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue.

 

Delivered but Missing Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Skin Chic Care™ cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If this occurs, we recommend contacting your local postal service or carrier for assistance.
